We will do a thorough evaluation of your property. We consider your topography, soil conditions, drainage, existing plants, structures, architecture and color scheme. We look at traffic patterns, to evaluate current usage and determine future plans.

By knowing your desires and the characteristics of your property, our staff will draft a project proposal. During your proposal consultation, we will review each phase of the proposal, explaining the purpose and reasoning behind our decisions. This proposal is a preview to our custom designed landscape.

The fees will vary greatly, the determining factors are; the scope of the project, the type of project, and the amount of detail required.

After we review your design proposal, we will schedule an appointment to discuss the concept plan with you. This plan will include an overview of the proposed landscape project. We may have detailed sketches showing plant selection and placement, paths, patios, walls, lighting or any other aspect that we may have previously discussed. We will bring to you our vast library of photos, books, CD’s and color renderings to help you visualize what was designed.
